Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Import Air & Warehouse Coordinator to join their growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating freight movements while keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate air import shipments from arrival to final delivery
Liaise with airlines, customers and other offices
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
Oversee customs bond & quarantine depot
Customs reporting, ACA, underbonds and cargo out-turns
Manage warehouse operations, including receivals, storage, and dispatch
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with import regulations
Loading and unloading
Breaking down of ULD’s, and cargo check-ins
Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control
Resolve shipment issues and provide proactive solutions

About You:

Experience in Import Air (minimum 5 years) essential
Familiarity with CargoWise and ICS is a must
LF Forklift licence required
WHS awareness an advantage
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
