Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand business with existing clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct regular onsite client visits
- Deliver client presentations and solution proposals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with Customer Service on daily operational requirements
- Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and pricing solutions
- Strong operational experience in freight forwarding
- Proven ability in business development / account growth
- Commercial mindset with the ability to solution-sell

- Experience using CargoWise or similar operating system
