Our comprehensive Permanent Recruitment service is the more traditional, full-service approach to hiring staff and includes initial consultation, advertising, candidate referral, interview scheduling, reference checks and placement guarantee. We also recruit for contract and executive roles and list all on online job boards and in the People in Focus website and candidate newsletter. 

Resume Short List

The Resume Short List service is designed and recommended for use only when high volumes of applicants are expected thus dramatically reducing cost and time spent advertising for roles and assessing candidate suitability. We will manage your campaign from drafting the advertisement through to the short listing of suitable applicants, providing only the information you require to make a successful hiring decision. We also offer a telephone interview service to further refine your search process. All costs for online advertising are included in the price, along with listing on the People in Focus website and in the candidate newsletter. 

Temporary & Contract

We are able to assist with Temporary & Contract employment solutions during peak times and periods of planned and unplanned leave, eg. annual, long service and maternity leave and illness. All of our candidates are pre-screened and available for you to interview and assess prior to commencement. As always, we are flexible with our fee structure and offer discounts if candidates are offered full-time employment after the initial assignment.

Candidate Assessments & Profiling

Interviewing alone may not provide the information required to make the best hiring decision so Candidate Assessments Profiling may be used prior to the engagement of an applicant to further assess their suitability or to assess current staff for performance review or position changes, eg. promotion. We profile a candidate by collaboratively assessing the role requirements in order to select the most appropriate assessment method, which may include Ability & Aptitude, Work Skills and Behavioural Style. All assessments have been researched and developed by qualified psychologists and People in Focus are accredited to administer them.
