- Cargo reporting and underbond lodgements
- Organising transport
- Completing profit and loss at job file level - including client invoicing and approving vendor invoices
- Liaising with airlines, shipping lines, transport companies, freight forwarders, internal departments and clients
- Receiving and making bookings

- Solid understanding and proven experience in freight forwarding operations
- Mandarin speaking (written & verbal) preferred
- Cargowise & ICS experience highly desired
- Ability to effectively interact with all internal/external stakeholders to facilitate professional movement of all shipments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and time-manage
- Attention to detail
