Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue competitive quotes to clients
- Coordinate international shipments by liaising with global offices
- Generate and share order tracking reports with customers
- Create and distribute tailored import tariffs
- Support sales team with client and rate information
- Provide documentation and rate details to the operations team
- Organise third-party shipments as required
- Answer enquiries in a timely manner
- Previous experience of at least 2 years, in customer service or operations (particularly sea freight), within international freight forwarding
- Highly experienced using Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
