About the Role
This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of administrative and accounting functions, including payroll and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Approving and checking drivers' timesheets
- Processing timesheets and invoicing customers accordingly
- Following up on outstanding invoices and managing debtor collections
- Bank reconciliations and processing payable invoices
- Processing payroll and superannuation payments
- Preparing BAS and PAYG
- Providing general administrative support
- Previous experience in accounts receivable/payable
- Proficiency with MYOB
- A background in the transport industry is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to work onsite in the Penrith office
