To be an eligible applicant you must have export sea experience with a freight forwarder.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Liaising with pricing team for quotation/pricing
- Receiving export booking
- Coordinating pick up and deliveries of Freight/Containers
- Liaising with Carriers, transport companies, terminals and internal departments
- Preparing export documentation
- Monitor and ensure timely management of export shipments
- Maintaining relationships with Vendors and Customers
- Final invoicing
- Freight forwarding operations experience essential
- CargoWise experience highly desirable
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Ability to prioritise, follow through and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team outcomes
