Job Description

Temporary contract for an EA / HR Coordinator required for a 3-month period to assist with Executive and HR functions. Located in North Sydney within walking distance to the train station.
To be an eligible candidate you must have:  
  • Previous experience and EA or PA role
  • Some knowledge of HR practises
  • Experienced using Google Docs is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administration skills  
Duties & responsibilities include:  
  • Assist with internal recruitment processes such as scheduling interviews and contract preparation
  • Assist with the development of HR policies, procedures, forms, and relevant information materials in accordance with the current legislative requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO
  • Managing calendars and document preparation using Google Docs
