To be an eligible candidate you must have:
- Previous experience and EA or PA role
- Some knowledge of HR practises
- Experienced using Google Docs is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Assist with internal recruitment processes such as scheduling interviews and contract preparation
- Assist with the development of HR policies, procedures, forms, and relevant information materials in accordance with the current legislative requirements
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO
- Managing calendars and document preparation using Google Docs
