The Role
As an Export Sea Operator, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end process for export sea shipments, ensuring every detail is managed smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing export documentation
- Bookings with shipping lines
- Managing client relationships and providing exceptional service
- Coordinating cartage and liaising with transport providers
- Processing invoices and charges
- Preparing and dispatching original invoices and relevant documentation
- Previous experience in Import or Export Sea operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Proficiency in CargoWise or a similar operating system
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
