Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ocean shipment bookings and prepare accurate documentation
- Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Provide proactive updates and solutions to customer inquiries, enhancing overall satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to support ongoing growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and service delivery
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ocean operations (import & export) and customer service within freight forwarding
- Solid knowledge of CargoWise and ocean freight processes
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
