Job Description

Located in Penrith this family owned Transport Company is seeking an Administration Manager to join the team. In the role you will be responsible for managing the office administration and customer service.

Duties & responsibilities include:

  • Invoicing 
  • Subcontractor payments
  • Payroll
  • Customer enquiries 
  • General administration and data entry
  • Assisting the operations team when required
Experience & skills required:
  • Administration, invoicing & payroll experience, preferably within a transport environment
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Reliable & a team player
