Duties & Responsibilities:
- Allocating and scheduling a small vehicle fleet
- Executing outsourced transport solutions
- Booking and managing time slots
- Arrange wharf transport, unpacks, empty returns
- Coordinating deliveries to meet customer requirements
- Warehouse order management
- Inventory coordination and reporting
- Developing relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff (incl drivers)
- Warehouse administration and/or transport allocation experience essential
- Cargowise experience highly valued
- Attention to detail with ability to organise, prioritise and follow through
- High level of commitment, integrity and dependability
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Willingness to learn to fill any associated knowledge gaps
