Senior Customer Service Representative with ref.

Due to a sustained period of business growth this international freight forwarder is seeking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Representative to manage a portfolio of established clients. You must have international freight forwarding customer service experience in the Australian market in order to be considered for this role.

Duties and responsibilities:

Handling general customer enquiries and query resolution
P/O management
Shipment tracking
Status reporting
Finalising customer invoices
Liaising with overseas offices, internal departments, service providers and clients

Role Requirements:

Customer service experience in freight forwarding environment essential
Cargowise experience desirable, though not essential
Computer literacy in MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills – written and oral
Willingness to learn and contribute to team outcomes
Ability to prioritise and follow through
Attention to detail
