Job Description

Due to an international promotion this Global Freight Forwarder is seeking a dynamic individual to join the sales team. In the role you will be responsible for providing administration support and management of the sales functions. To be considered for the role you must have experience working in International Freight Forwarding.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Qualifying sales lead through reporting & analytical tools
  • Organise sales events
  • Use CRM to manage & organise the sales team’s customer accounts & ensure data integrity
  • Ensure updated marketing material is available
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinate visitor management
  • Attend training & development sessions
  • Manage & attend weekly sales meetings
Skills & attributes required:
  • Proficient with data and data analysis
  • Time management skills, attention to detail and proficiency
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Power BI
  • Ability to apply creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience in International Freight Forwarding essential
