Duties Include:
- Support of GM & Sales & Marketing team
- Diary & Communication Management
- Event Management
- Leadership & Relationship Management
- Creation of Reports & Presentations
- Other Administration tasks as outlined by management
- Minimum 3 years of PA experience in an corporate environment
- Advanced experience in MS Office with priority on Excel, powerpoint & visio
- Prior experience in the logistics / freight / supply chain industry highly desired
- Experience in project coordination
- Exceptional communication skills - oral and written
- Proven analytical, evaluative and problem solving skills
- High degree of self-motivation and discipline
- Ability to work under pressure, multi task & prioritise
