Job Description

Temporary opportunity for a minimum 3-month period, working approximately 20-25 hours / week, with flexibility around hours. You will be provided with car space; however, they are also located close to train line and public transport. In the role you will be responsible for the operation of logistics as well as assisting with month end reporting, budgeting and auditing.

Duties & responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for customer requirements
  • Manage warehouse stock and place replenishment orders with overseas suppliers
  • Keep records of warehouse stock, shipments, customer orders and sales forecasts
  • Enter all costs associated to logistics
  • Prepare accurate and timely month end reports and assist with budget and audit processes
  • Place sales orders and participate in the administration of various procedures
  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Provide back up for staff
  • Assist with IT and projects
Skills & attributes required:
  • Experience in sales and/or logistics and/or accounts
  • Proficient in MS Excel, shipping documents and experience in accounts would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Customer orientated with an ability to build rapport
  • Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised
