Job Description
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Following up sales leads from overseas offices or through local sources
- Attending sales appointments
- Identifying new leads from existing customers
- Formulate and submit client quotations
- Prepare reports & planners for sales meetings
- Must have freight forwarding operational experience
- Prior sales experience preferred but not essential
- Both English & Mandarin, verbal and written skills required
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- CargoWise experience is an advantage
- Clear communications and excellent customer service
- High degree of self-motivation and discipline
- Drive to ensure sales targets are exceeded
