Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Operations: Manage everything from order registration, sea cargo operations, entries and delivery orders
- Cartage: Some experience in cartage would be beneficial for the role.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries over the phone, providing excellent service and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process
- Billing: Manage the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Cargowise Experience: Proficiency in Cargowise is essential for managing the logistics and tracking operations efficiently
- End-to-End Experience: The ability to handle jobs from start to finish, including sea cargo, cartage, and delivery orders
- Customer-Facing Role: Comfort and experience in talking to customers on the phone and addressing any concerns or queries they may have
- A team player with a positive attitude and the desire to learn and develop in a growing team
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
