Duties & responsibilities include:
- Ensure HR related / regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Provide HR consulting and operations services
- Execution and implementation of HR strategies
- Fulfil business resourcing requirements
- Implementation of salary/bonus reviews and performance management
- Support rollout of change management and organisation development initiatives
- Development and implementation of industrial relation strategies
- Advise on EA, awards, fair work, policies, and procedures
- Degree in HR, Business Management, or related discipline
- Experience in 3PL, Logistics or Supply Chain highly desirable
- Knowledge of enterprise bargaining, interpretation of industrial instruments, policy development and employee legislation
- Leadership skills, including the ability to negotiate, motivate, influence, and build relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office, and previous experience in Workday would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
