Located in Penrith this family owned Transport Company is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join the team. In the role you will be responsible for the coordination of local and interstate transport.

Duties & responsibilities include:
- Planning and allocation of deliveries
- Driver's run sheets/time sheets
- Liaising with customer and drivers
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Creating transport routes based on business and customer needs
- Assist with general admin tasks
- Developing and maintaining relationships and rapport with all staff and drivers
- Conduct monthly driver assessments
- Coordinate offsite drug and alcohol testing
- Previous experience in transport allocation
- Knowledge of the Sydney metro area
- Current knowledge of CoR rules and regulations
- Ability to effectively plan and organise driver runs
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Driven and passionate about the transport industry
