Export Sea Freight Operations with ref. 3017229

Opportunity for an experienced Export Sea Freight Operator to join this Global Freight Forwarder located in Port Botany. You will be working in the Sea Freight department managing Export Sea booking from pick up through to final invoice.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Receiving export booking
Coordinating pick up and deliveries of Freight / Containers
Liaising with Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders
Preparing export documentation
Complete export entries
Filing and scanning documentation
Monitor and ensure timely management of export shipping
Maintain relationships with Vendors and Customers

To be an eligible applicant you must possess:

Industry knowledge of Export Ocean processes
Experience with FAK, FCL and LCL shipments
Experience utilising industry specific software
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
