Job Description

An experienced shipping documentation person is needed for a successful Logistics Company located in the CBD. You will be responsible for the accurate preparation of Export Documentation. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare new contracts and applications
  • Shipping documents such as letter of instruction/forwarding instructions
  • Issue/Establish Letter of Credits 
  • Ensure documents and certificates are genuine and accurate
  • Liaise with Suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Prepare and dispatch original invoices and other relevant documents
  • Scanning and filing of contracts
  • Work as part of the team and assist other teams with all general administration
Skills and Attributes required: 
  • Experience in export documentation
  • Good knowledge in all aspects of international trading 
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Computer literacy in MS Office mainly Outlook/Word/Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in Mandarin
