Customer Service / Sales Support with ref. 2289771

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an Multi-National Freight Forwarder who are experiencing continued growth. They are seeking someone to join the Customer Service / Sales Team. The role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing support to the sales department.

Duties & responsibilities include:

First point of contact for client queries
Track shipment from origin through to delivery
Ensure correct paperwork is received
Liaise with overseas offices, stakeholders and vendors
Status reporting
Build customer relationships / attend client visits
Support sales with quotations
Monthly reporting

Skills required for the role:

Experience in work in the Freight industry with preference to Sales Support, Customer Service or Operations
Efficient in MS Office
Cargowise experience preferred by not essential
