Job Description

Due to sustained growth this well-established, Australian-owned, boutique domestic and international freight management company is seeking an efficient Customer Service Representative - initially on part-time (Monday to Friday) basis, eventually transitioning to full-time. No experience is required for this role and the successful applicant will be keen to learn from and complement the existing team. 

Duties & responsibilities:
  • Take client bookings 
  • Make bookings with external carriers
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with relevant carriers
  • Act as primary contact point to resolve client queries
  • Quote clients
Role requirements:
  • High level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • General administration skills
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of operating systems
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Compassionate and patient nature
