Customer Service Representative - Sutherland Shire

Due to a sustained period of business growth in the local market this multinational freight forwarder based in the Sutherland Shire is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. You must have international freight forwarding customer service experience in the Australian market in order to be considered for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

P/O management
Shipment tracking
Status reports
Handling general customer enquiries and query resolution
Liaising with overseas offices, internal departments, vendors and clients
Provide operational support as required

Skills & Experience:

International freight forwarding customer service experience essential
CargoWise experience essential
Computer literacy in MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills – written and oral
Willingness to learn and contribute to team outcomes
Ability to prioritise and follow through
Attention to detail
