- Contact point for client solutions
- P/O management
- Shipment tracking
- Status reporting
- Finalising customer invoices
- Customer service experience in freight forwarding environment essential
- Cargowise experience preferred
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Willingness to proactively contribute to team outcomes
- Ability to prioritise job tasks and implement solutions
