Customer Service - Key Accounts with ref. 2809990A

Our client is a growing International Freight Forwarder located in Banksmeadow and is seeking a Client Relationship Manager/Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of their major accounts. To be an eligible applicant you must have experience working for an international freight forwarder.

Duties and responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of major accounts
First point of contact for all enquiries and operational issues
Set up and onboard new accounts, creating SOP’s
Purchase order management
Quoting, status reporting and updating rates
Regular client visits to build rapport and develop business
Ensure client service levels are met
Liaise with overseas offices, suppliers and internal departments

Role Requirements:

International freight forwarding and/or customer service experience essential
Proficiency in Cargowise or similar operating system
Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
Genuine desire to assist clients and develop relationships
Team player
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
