Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve identified issues
- P/O management and origin shipment execution, ie. carrier/buy/sell/profit
- Shipment tracking
- Status reporting
- Formulate quotations
- Job registration
- Monitor cargo availability and clearance status
- Cargo automation
- Organise and lodge underbond movements
- Finalise invoices to clients, overseas offices and third parties
- Monitor movement of transhipment cargo
- Collect and handover EDOs
- Cartage coordination
- Liaise with overseas offices, internal departments, service providers and clients
- Customer service and import operations experience essential
- Exposure to (or willingness to learn) export operations
- Cargowise experience essential
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Ability to prioritise, follow through and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team outcomes
- Customer service focus
