Job Description

Due to a sustained period of business growth this multi-national freight forwarder and logistics provider is seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and develop a rewarding career. It is essential you have previous experience in freight forwarding to be considered for the role. 

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients (Air/Sea shipments)
  • Handling general customer enquiries and query resolution
  • P/O management
  • Status reports
  • Formulating and submitting client quotations
  • Liaising with overseas offices, internal departments, vendors and clients
  • Attending client visits with sales staff and management as required
Role Requirements:
  • International freight forwarding and/or customer service experience essential
  • Cargowise experience or similar operating system 
  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Ability to prioritise and follow through
