Duties Include:
- Generate and/or action sales leads
- Attend sales appointments
- Submit quotations
- Report on business movement, opportunities, industry trends, competitor activity and past/future sales appointments
- Maintain a realistic sales plan - incl budget, targets and forecast
- Participate in projects related to sales, revenue and margin
- Ability to convert sales leads into new business opportunities
- Sound international forwarding operational knowledge
- Capacity to develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Strong client empathy and analytical skills to creatively offer solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - oral and written
- High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, integrity and discipline
