Job Description

The position is a 6 month temporary assignment for an experienced admin/accounts payable clerk. Working within the finance team of a global FMCG company located in Yennora. Close to public transport and onsite parking is available. 

To be an eligible candidate you must have experience in Accounts Payable.
  
Skills & attributes required:  
  • Good communication skills
  • Genuine desire to assist customers
  • Accounts payable experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Import shipping documentation experience preferred but not essential  
Duties & responsibilities:                                                           
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Entering invoices into system
  • Monitoring account to ensure payments are up to date
  • Resolving any invoice discrepancies
  • Entering costs into the system
  • Updating exchange rates
  • Assisting with month end
