Accounts Payable with ref. 3210219

Located in Redfern this Australian owned designer with a global presence is seeking an accounts payable person to work 2-3 days per week on a casual basis. Working in the accounts team you will be responsible for the proficient processing of payable invoices.

To be an eligible candidate you must meet the following criteria:

Previous experience in Accounts Payable
Proficiency in Xero, Excel, Word and use of Mac essential
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good communication skills

Duties & responsibilities:

Enter accounts payable invoices
Check account coding/job costing
Arrange payments
Bank reconciliations
Management of inter-company charges
General office duties
