Accounts Clerk with ref. 3060115

Australian owned Freight Forwarder located in Port Botany is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to cover a 6 month contract (potential for extension). As the Account Clerk you will be responsible for processing local and international accounts. To be an eligible applicant you must have accounting experience in International Freight.

Duties and responsibilities involve:

Cash payment/receipts
Reconciliations
Debt collections
Monthly statements
Liaising with clients/agents
Assisting in other accounting functions when required

To be a successful application you must have:

Experience and/or tertiary education in Accounts Payable/Receivable within Freight Forwarding or Logistics
Working with International accounts
Computer literacy in MS Office
Proficiency in Cargowise is preferred
Attention to detail with excellent numerical skills
Accurate data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
