Accounts Clerk - Sutherland Shire with ref. 3107977

This role will see you work closely within an experienced finance team to coordinate a variety of freight forwarding administration processes. Candidates must have Freight Forwarding and Cargowise experience to be considered for this role.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable and Receivable - check, process and data entry
Debtors - collections and list maintenance
Invoicing - clients as per agreed rates
P&L - job-level only
Cashflow - monitor and coordinate
Reporting - debtors, creditors, margin, P&L

The successful applicant should possess:

Cargowise experience essential
Finance team experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics
Knowledge of commercial documentation and operational cost structures highly advantageous
Tertiary education in related discipline preferred
High-level attention to detail
Customer service focus
Mature and methodical work approach
Proactive team player with initiative
Ability to independently own and problem solve tasks
