Key responsibilities include:
- Qualifying sales lead through reporting & analytical tools
- Organise sales events
- Use CRM to manage & organise the sales team’s customer accounts & ensure data integrity
- Ensure updated marketing material is available
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinate visitor management
- Attend training & development sessions
- Manage & attend weekly sales meetings
- Proficient with data and data analysis
- Time management skills, attention to detail and proficiency
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to apply creativity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience in International Freight Forwarding or Logistics
