You’ll be the go-to person for key clients, ensuring smooth shipments, proactive updates, and first-class service. This includes sourcing and providing quotations, as well as final billing of the shipment.
Your day will include:
- Managing shipments from order to delivery
- Coordinating with carriers, overseas agents, and local transport providers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and updating client records in CargoWise
- Entering charges and billing
- Problem solving, resolving issues, and supporting process improvements
- Freight Forwarding experience in Customer Service or Import Operations (Sea/Air)
- Experience with quoting and final billing
- Proven experience using CargoWise
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure
- A proactive, energetic approach and team focus
