Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key freight forwarding clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts
- Ensure service delivery meets client expectations
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional logistics solutions
- Work closely with operations and customer service
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting and reviews
- Resolve escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in freight forwarding account management or logistics sales of at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and international logistics processes in the Australian market
- Proficient in CargoWise and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key client relationships
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
