Looking for your next step in air imports? We’re partnering with a well-established freight forwarding company that’s looking for an Import Air Operator to join their friendly and supportive team. What you’ll be doing:
• Managing air import shipments from arrival through to delivery
• Liaising with overseas agents, airlines, customs brokers, and clients
• Preparing and checking import documentation
• Coordinating customs clearance and final delivery
• Keeping customers updated on shipment progress
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in air imports within freight forwarding (at least 2 years)
• Knowledge of air exports an advantage
• Good understanding of air freight processes and documentation
• Experience with CargoWise and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude
