This is an entry level role for an eager school or university leaver that might have a combined interest in warehouse, logistics & IT services. The Warehouse & Parts Technician will be responsible for preparing hardware & machines for dispatch & installation and the refurbishment & reconfiguration of existing hardware and machines. Training will be provided and there is career progression into technical support and/or onsite field support roles.
Job responsibilities include:
Hardware setup and configuration
Reconfiguration and refurbishment of hardware
Processing customer orders for parts
Inventory management & stock control
General warehouse duties
Track and generate orders through internal ticketing & case management system
Maintain and update process and internal documentation
To be an eligible applicant you must have:
Experience in using hand tools
Be mechanically minded
Be computer literate, advantage to have strong Excel skills
Professional attitude & eagerness to learn
Be a self starter
Have logical problem solving skills & ability to prioritise
Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
