Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install onsite hardware & software solutions
- Assist in development & delivery of end-user training
- Provide in-house technical support as part of the help desk team
- Provide high level support & resolution of customer issues utilising CRM ticketing system
- Provide system trouble-shooting and rectification of technical issues
- Maintain and update internal documentation
- Strong IT application skills incl system interface
- Field support experience incl implementation, commissioning, training and fault finding
- Onsite mining industry exposure preferred
- Customer contact experience incl training
- Proficient in MS Office especially excel
- Ability to travel domestically - once per month up to 1 week (on average)
- Sound time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, both written and verbal with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Capacity to proactively grasp new concepts and apply on-the-job
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
- Discipline & initiative to work solo or in a team environment
- Unrestricted Australian driver's license
