Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and convert new sales leads
- Attend client meetings and sales appointments
- Prepare and present competitive quotations
- Report on business activity, opportunities, industry trends and competitor movements
- Maintain accurate sales plans including budgets, targets and forecasts
- Contribute to projects focused on sales growth, revenue and margin improvement
- Proven ability to convert leads into sustainable new business
- Strong understanding of international freight forwarding operations
- Ability to build, develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with polished written and verbal presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated with flexibility, integrity and professional discipline
