Administration Assistant / Accounts Payable

The opportunity is for an experienced admin/accounts payable clerk to work 3 days per week (must be able to work Friday). The company is a global FMCG located in Yennora, onsite parking available.

Skills & attributes required:

Good communication skills
Genuine desire to assist customers
Accounts payable experience
Attention to detail
Import shipping documentation experience preferred but not essential

Duties & responsibilities:

Accounts reconciliation
Entering invoices into system
Monitoring account to ensure payments are up to date
Resolving any invoice discrepancies
Entering costs into the system
Updating exchange rates
Assisting with month end
