We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Operations Coordinator to join the team and oversee the smooth execution of customer orders.
About the Role In this dynamic position, you'll play a key part in managing end-to-end customer service and operational tasks, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and client expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process purchase orders and pre-alerts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure database/system integrity
- Track shipments and proactively update clients on status
- Coordinate timely deliveries with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with overseas offices, suppliers, and relevant industry contacts
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or a similar logistics environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Sound administrative skills and proficiency with common PC applications
