This small freight forwarder located in Sydney's south-west along the M5 corridor is seeking an experienced Customs Broker, they are open to someone with 1-2 years experience. This is a very hands on role and there is definite growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full range of customs brokerage responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for clients with questions
Lodge accurate customs entries and keep things compliant
Liaise with regulatory bodies to keep cargo moving
Work closely with operations to resolve issues fast

Requirements

Current Licensed Customs Broker accreditation(s) including DAWR accreditation 19.1 &19.2
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export processes, and compliance requirements
Solid knowledge of customs regs and import/export processes
Great communication and problem-solving skills
A team player who thrives in an on-site environment
