Import Air Coordinator with ref. 3841972

Are you experienced in Import Air, working in Australia? Do you have CargoWise knowledge? Then this Freight Forwarder is looking for you. Supportive and dynamic working environment, with opportunity to learn other areas of forwarding.

Duties & responsibilities include:

Job registration
Monitoring cargo availability and status
Coordinating airport retrieval to bond store
Cargo automation
Organising & lodging underbond movement requests
Finalising invoices to clients, overseas offices and third parties
Collection & handover of delivery orders
Following up of delayed or short landed freight
Pro-active in updating customers on the progress of their shipments
Liaising with airlines, freight forwarders, overseas offices, customers, suppliers and internal staff

To be successful in this role the following are required:

Import air operations experience within freight forwarding environment
CargoWise experience highly desired
Computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel
Good problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Team player
