This is an exciting opportunity to work for a Global Freight Forwarder located in Mascot is seeking an experienced export operator to join the team. In the role you will be responsible for the coordination of all export shipments (Air/Sea) internationally/domestically. To be an eligible applicant you must have some export experience with a freight forwarder in either Air or Sea.

To be an eligible candidate you must have:

Experience in export Operations in either Air or Sea
Cargowise preferred
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
A high level of Customer Service
Attention to detail
Accuracy and proficient data entry skills

Main Responsibilities:

Receiving bookings for export shipments
Booking freight with airlines/shipping lines
Arranging transport/cartage
Preparing documentation
Liaising with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders and internal departments
