Customer Service / Sales Support with ref. 2294187

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an Australian owned Freight Forwarder who are experiencing continued growth. They are seeking someone to join the Sales Team to provide support in customer retention and growth.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Receiving orders / booking shipments
Quote preparation for new and existing clients
Updating rates in CargoWise
Monitoring shipments and updating clients
Implementation of new accounts
Liaising with overseas agents, carriers and customers
Providing support to management, sales team and operations

Skills required for the role:

Experience in work in the Freight industry with preference to pricing, customer service or sales support t
Efficient in MS Office
Proficiency in CargoWise is desirable
