Duties & Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customer enquiries and query resolution
- Ensure correct paperwork is received
- P/O management
- Shipment tracking from origin through to delivery
- Status/Order/Monthly reporting
- Support sales with quotations
- Liaising with overseas offices, internal departments, vendors and clients
- International freight forwarding customer service experience essential
- Cargowise experience would be an advantage
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team outcomes
- Ability to prioritise and follow through
- Attention to detail
