Duties & Responsibilities:
- New client implementation
- Working with sales/customer to generate and develop SLA’s and SOP’s
- Negotiating rates and preparing quotations
- End-to-end customer service management from purchase order & import operations through to job invoicing
- Build & develop existing client relationships
- Customer & sales reporting
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives for reporting, service or efficiencies
- Distribute marketing & marketing intelligence reporting
- Previous experience working for an International Freight Forwarder
- CargoWise operating system essential
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills – both written & verbal
- Independent, organised and efficient
- Detail orientated, accurate & strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build & develop relationships
