Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle operations for both import and export shipments (air & sea)
- Coordinate bookings with carriers, airlines, and shipping lines
- Prepare and process shipping documentation
- Handle customs clearance processes and liaise with brokers where required
- Track shipments and proactively update clients on status
- Arrange transport and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company procedures
- Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in the system
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding operations
- Strong knowledge of both import and export processes (air & sea)
- High level of experience with CargoWise essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
